Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented entry level laborer to join our production team. The Racker Packer plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by efficiently and accurately placing products onto racks for further processing. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high standards.

Duties

  • Safely and efficiently place products onto designated racks for storage or further processing.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance before racking, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risk of injury or accidents in the workplace.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Required Hours - 3:00pm - 11:30pm M-F.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
