Open Positions

We are currently hiring for two full-time roles within our National Projects and Supply Chain teams. Both roles offer the chance to contribute to the efficiency and success of ALDI's operations nationwide.

Position 1: National Service Accounts Associate I

Location:

  • Temporary: Naperville, IL

  • Permanent (anticipated October 2025): Aurora, IL
    Work Mode: Hybrid (up to 3 days remote per week)
    Starting Wage: $26.00/hour (Increases to $28.75/hour by Year 4)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily needs of national service accounts (waste, cleaning/chemical services, pest control, armored car, fire safety).

  • Validate and review service invoices for accuracy.

  • Partner with service providers to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.

  • Respond promptly to service issues and provide training or solutions as needed.

  • Identify and escalate issues while suggesting process improvements.

  • Maintain service documentation and ensure data confidentiality.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

  • Strong Excel, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized.

Position 2: Supply Chain Program Associate

Location: Naperville, IL
Work Mode: Hybrid (up to 3 days remote per week)
Starting Wage: $26.00/hour (Increases to $28.75/hour by Year 4)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of ALDI’s Supply Chain Management strategy.

  • Assist with testing new supply chain procedures and systems.

  • Administer and manage supply chain programs to secure products economically.

  • Provide administrative and data entry support.

  • Communicate with internal teams, divisions, and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and company policies.

  • Help drive sales growth and control expenses by improving supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
