National Service Accounts Associate I – United States

About the Role

Join ALDI’s National Projects team, where we drive impactful initiatives that shape our operations and customer experience nationwide. As a National Service Accounts Associate I, you’ll support critical service-related accounts (waste, cleaning, armored transport, pest control, etc.), validate services provided, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a daily point of contact for internal teams and external service providers.

  • Address and resolve issues promptly, providing end-user support and escalating when needed.

  • Validate service invoices and maintain accurate documentation.
