Position 1: Strategic Financial Planning Analyst III

Department: National Finance & Administration Services

Location: Hybrid (Remote up to 3 days/week)

As a Strategic Financial Planning Analyst III, you’ll be part of a high-performing team focused on long-range planning, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions across all departments, helping ALDI stay on course for sustained growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and refine complex financial models for capital investments and long-term business planning.

  • Analyze historical data and forecast future financial performance using statistical tools.

  • Perform cost-benefit analyses and small-scale feasibility studies for various national departments.

  • Assist with large-scale strategic projects, developing financial models and business plans that support ALDI’s objectives.

  • Provide timely and accurate insights to leadership and project stakeholders.

  • Drive process improvements and recommend best practices for financial planning and analysis.

  • Mentor peers and junior analysts, sharing expertise in financial tools and strategic planning.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling techniques including NPV, MIRR, payback period.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP, BPC, Alteryx, Tableau, and Analysis for Office.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $90,000

  • Year 2: $95,000 | Year 3: $100,000

Department: Quality Assurance

As QA Food Supervisor, you’ll lead a team dedicated to ensuring that ALDI’s products and packaging meet the highest quality and safety standards. This hands-on leadership role requires project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Set performance expectations and provide development opportunities for QA team members.

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and potential challenges.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance supplier management and product safety.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ALDI standards.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, communicating changes effectively to your team.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage team staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field (required).

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Product Safety.

  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Supervisory experience in QA or a similar field.

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance.
