Digital Marketing Manager – Amazon Account (Remote)

Location: Remote – Available to candidates in South America, Europe, South Africa

About Us

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company, ranked in the top 1% of sellers on Amazon.com. Specializing in both national and private label brands, we sell across multiple online platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Amazon Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our Amazon presence—including Amazon Fresh—and drive our sales and marketing strategy forward.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and Optimize Amazon Accounts: Oversee all aspects of our Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance, maximizing sales, and improving listing quality across platforms.

  • Product Listings & Content Creation: Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ Content, keywords) for maximum visibility and conversion.

  • Amazon Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), ensuring maximum ROI.

  • Ecommerce Operations: Conduct daily account health checks, resolve listing errors, maintain accurate product data, and proactively address account-related issues.

  • Analytics & Strategy: Analyze sales performance, ad impact, and profitability; provide actionable insights and adjust strategies to improve KPIs.

  • Keyword Research & SEO: Perform in-depth keyword and BSR (Best Seller Rank) research to enhance product visibility and discoverability.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) and Amazon’s Vendor Managers to resolve issues and streamline operations.

  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer communications via email and online chat to resolve inquiries and maintain satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Amazon trends, tools, and policies; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in eCommerce or retail, with 3+ years managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central accounts.

    • Strong background in Amazon PPC, A+ Content, and Storefront creation.

    • 2+ years experience in a similar role, managing listings, SEO, and campaigns on Amazon and other platforms.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and pivot strategy accordingly.

    • Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, filters, etc.) and familiarity with reporting and keyword tools.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2–C2 level).

    • Customer service orientation and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, policies, SEO best practices, and advertising tools.

    • Familiarity with other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay) is a plus.
