We are seeking high-performing professionals with strong analytical, project management, and risk assessment skills to join our dynamic, fast-paced environments. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to shape customer experience and operational excellence at scale, whether by driving end-to-end implementation of cutting-edge technology in retail or by managing global risk mechanisms that protect buyer trust.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management & Operations (POE Focus)

  • Conduct risk assessments on new and existing products, services, and systems to identify operational, strategic, and reputational risks.

  • Design and implement risk mitigation strategies, including fraud prevention, process controls, and post-launch defect analysis.

  • Monitor risk metrics, perform audits, and conduct deep dives into recurring issues to identify and eliminate root causes.

  • Develop internal risk management tools, resources, and training to scale risk mitigation efforts across Amazon.

  • Deliver regular business reviews and risk updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Program & Project Management (JWOS Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure deployments for third-party Just Walk Out-enabled retail stores.

  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for customer store launches, ensuring smooth execution across cross-functional teams.

  • Manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and report progress to leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost/time efficiencies, leading new tech initiatives, and supporting customer needs.

  • Travel up to 10% to support customer site visits and internal project meetings.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in risk management, program/project management, or operational improvement roles.

  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.

  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, governance, loss prevention, or similar risk-related fields.

  • Professional risk certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, or similar) or advanced degree.

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.

  • Understanding of retail, logistics, or social media ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong change management and process improvement skills.
