Position 1: Event Technology Manager – Amazon Seller Events

Location: Global | Travel Required: ~20%
Compensation: $66,800 to $142,800/year, plus potential equity, benefits, and bonuses

Role Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional, technology-driven event experiences? Amazon’s Seller Events Team is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Event Technology Manager to oversee technology programs that support highly visible global events for our selling partners. You’ll manage internal and third-party event tech systems to deliver seamless, scalable, and data-driven event solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for internal event technology initiatives, collaborating across tech and non-tech teams.

  • Develop workback schedules, manage dependencies, and drive milestone completion.

  • Oversee third-party event technology providers to ensure seamless integration and execution.

  • Analyze event data to produce actionable insights, pre- and post-event reports, and performance metrics.

  • Provide on-site support for events, managing escalations and tech support during execution.

  • Drive creative and high-quality event experiences through continual testing, innovation, and iteration.

  • Design and develop software/process templates (e.g., content management, lead retrieval, session scanning).

Role Summary
As a Vendor Consultant within Amazon’s Paid Selling Partner Services (PSPS) Team, you will manage and grow strategic relationships with Amazon vendors. This role combines analytical, strategic, and relationship management skills to improve vendor performance and enhance customer experiences across Amazon.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own vendor relationships, partnering closely with internal teams to optimize vendor performance.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on key KPIs and growth opportunities.

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify root causes, improvements, and growth areas.
