Position Summary:

The Senior eCommerce Manager will lead Edgewell’s Amazon strategy, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and digital innovation. You will manage a high-performing team, oversee Amazon operations (1P and 3P), and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Own Amazon U.S. business strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly business plans (assortment, pricing, promotions).

  • Lead Amazon Retail and Vendor Services negotiations.

  • Oversee P&L, delivering net sales, profit, and ROI targets.

Team Management:

  • Mentor and manage the eCommerce Account Manager.

  • Build a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including the Authorized Seller Program.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Media for integrated planning.

  • Optimize SEO, product pages (PDPs), and digital shelf performance.

Analytics & Market Intelligence:

  • Lead performance reviews (internal and external), providing strategic insights.

  • Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, inventory health).

  • Leverage tools (e.g., CommerceIQ, Profitero, Salsify) to identify opportunities.

Innovation:

  • Stay updated on Amazon trends and technologies.

  • Pilot new programs (e.g., Amazon Fresh, Progressive Shopping) for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

  • Proven P&L management, trade budget, and ROI analysis expertise.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $144,000 – $216,000 annually, based on experience and role-related factors.
