About the Role

Amazon is looking for enthusiastic, customer-obsessed, and self-driven individuals to join our International Voice Support team in Hyderabad. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience. You will interact with customers across the United States, UK, and North America via phone, email, and chat, helping to resolve issues related to post-sales, order management, and product inquiries.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of problem-solving ability, adaptability, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and issues via voice, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist customers in placing, tracking, or canceling orders, and resolve post-sale issues efficiently.

  • Use internal tools and systems to navigate customer accounts and provide timely solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and take proactive steps to resolve concerns.

  • Adhere to productivity and quality standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.

  • Work in a collaborative team environment while being individually accountable.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: ₹2.02 LPA to ₹4.20 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum qualification is 10+2; graduates and postgraduates are welcome to apply.

  • Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication is mandatory.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Typing Speed: Good typing skills (minimum 25–30 WPM).

  • Computer Skills:

    • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Browsers.

    • Ability to operate a laptop/desktop effectively.
