Software Development Engineer (SDE) & Technical Support Associate Opportunities

Location: Brazil (Remote and On-site Opportunities)
Languages Preferred: English (B2+ proficiency or higher), Spanish, German, Italian, or French highly preferred for select roles.
Compensation: BRL R$9,500 – R$10,500/month + Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) + Sign-on Bonuses (Year 1 & 2)

Software Development Engineer (SDE) – eero Team

For Recent Graduates (within the last 24 months) in Computer Science or Related Field

Join Amazon's eero Software Development Engineering organization and work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver seamless, whole-home WiFi experiences. As an SDE, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that impact thousands of Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative software solutions for mobile and backend services.

  • Contribute to all phases of software development: design, documentation, testing, and operations.

  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Design, QA, Engineering) to build and enhance customer-facing iOS features.

  • Optimize existing code for scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, detailed support to customers via phone and email.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to home networking (WiFi, mesh systems) and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
