Job Title: Senior Amazon Account Manager

Location: Remote – Must reside in NY Tri-State area (occasional travel to NY for client QBRs)
Salary: Base $90,000–$110,000 + Performance Commissions ($18,000–$30,000)
OTE: Up to $140,000

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our growing team in 2025. In this role, you will lead strategic client engagements, manage day-to-day Amazon operations, and drive growth across Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising platforms. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing our clients’ brand presence and performance on Amazon, while building long-term client relationships and staying ahead of platform changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored Amazon strategies to drive revenue growth and meet client goals

  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising (PPC), including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display

  • Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to clients

  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure product availability

  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images)

  • Troubleshoot listing issues, account suspensions, and customer feedback

  • Stay current on Amazon policies, tools, and trends; educate clients accordingly

  • Act as the strategic lead, ensuring seamless and results-driven client service

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Amazon account management experience with $20M+ annual sales responsibility

  • Prior experience as strategic lead for clients (agency or in-house)

  • 1+ year experience at a marketing agency

  • Strong knowledge of Vendor Central & Amazon Advertising

  • Skilled in data analysis, Excel, and performance optimization

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Experience with PPC campaign management preferred
