Job Title: Affiliate & Product Review Program Manager (Remote)

Job Description:

Are you passionate about affiliate marketing and working with creators? Do you enjoy trying out new products, managing partnerships, and optimizing campaign performance? We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Affiliate & Product Review Program Manager to oversee affiliate campaigns, manage creator outreach, and coordinate product review initiatives.

You will work across affiliate platforms like Levanta, Wayward, and Amazon Career Connections, while also managing a product testing and review program for Amazon-listed items. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to fast-growing consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Campaign Management:

  • Manage daily affiliate operations across platforms including Levanta, Wayward, and Amazon Career Connections.

  • Launch and monitor affiliate campaigns, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks and deadlines.

  • Track performance metrics, ensure compliance, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Creator Outreach & Onboarding:

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard creators who align with our brand and audience.

  • Use a mix of personalized and template-based outreach for efficient communication.

  • Serve as the primary contact for affiliates and creators, maintaining professional, brand-aligned communication.

Product Review Program Oversight:

  • Coordinate product testing opportunities for Amazon-listed products.

  • Ensure testers receive free products and are compensated for their time ($20–$60 per product review).

  • Review and approve submitted content including written reviews, photos, and videos.

  • Manage reviewer eligibility (US-based, PayPal and Amazon account required).

Independent Execution:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively solving problems and providing regular status updates.

  • Stay organized and detail-focused to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or product review management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with Levanta (strongly preferred) or Wayward.

  • Comfortable handling financial tools such as PayPal.

  • Ability to work PST hours (10 AM–6 PM PST).

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Must be 18+ years old, US-based with a valid shipping address, Amazon account, and PayPal account.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Amazon Career Connections.

  • Background in DTC, eCommerce, or performance marketing.

  • Spanish language proficiency.
