Location: Hyderabad, United States
Onsite Requirement: This role requires the student to work onsite from the Hyderabad office for the entire duration of the Co-op/Internship term. First-time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.
Program Term: One Year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Gain hands-on experience with current productivity and collaboration tools used across AMD.

  • Collaborate closely with senior team members in the Collaboration department to learn best practices.

  • Follow documented processes to efficiently resolve customer tickets and inquiries.

  • Work directly with vendors and senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining knowledge bases and documentation related to support processes.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and web technologies.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow documented processes accurately.

Preferred Qualifications (What Would Set You Apart)

  • Coursework in Information Systems, especially networking and operating systems.

  • Practical knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, OneDrive, and MS Office.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
