Position Overview

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support and coordinate a variety of Human Resources processes to ensure an exceptional experience for employees, managers, and internal HR teams. Your role will be essential in executing end-to-end HR services efficiently, contributing directly to the employee experience, operational excellence, and overall success of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison and “sensor” to the Field HR team by proactively identifying employee issues or needs and escalating when necessary.

  • Oversee and manage operational activities within the HR domain, including budget planning, resource allocation, and activity prioritization.

  • Apply knowledge of the latest HR processes, tools, and systems in day-to-day employee interactions.

  • Customize solutions based on business targets and HR policies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute HR events and activities, ensuring seamless operational support from start to finish.

  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems accurately and in a timely manner; generate reports and analyses for decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary logistical arrangements for HR-related activities are in place.

  • Support and drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee care programs, CSR events, and internal campaigns that foster a positive work culture.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies to uphold HR standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Customer-facing experience in a professional setting is essential.

  • Proven experience managing operational processes or systems; prior HR operations experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and functions.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.

  • Experience or familiarity with Amdocs systems, or working in a similar organizational environment, is considered a plus.

  • For Employee Care and CSR roles: Proven experience in planning and leading large-scale employee care or community relations events.

  • For Community Relations roles: Experience working with external associations or NGOs is advantageous.
