1. Customer Support Representative

Location: Jamaica (Remote/Hybrid)

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers, delivering timely, courteous, and effective support via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with bookings, resolve issues, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, prompt customer support through multiple communication channels.

  • Assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and refunds.

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be critical in ensuring smooth financial transactions, from invoice reconciliation to supplier onboarding. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to support our finance operations and partner with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly invoice reconciliations and payments.

  • Analyze trends and issues in payment data and recommend improvements.

  • Onboard and test new suppliers with Product and FinTech teams.

  • Monitor financial systems for discrepancies; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.

  • Provide financial reporting and ad hoc analysis to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
