Key Responsibilities

  • Implement infrastructure solutions based on architecture plans, including both on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Troubleshoot middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Monitor server operations and data centers, including power systems, HVAC, and security.

  • Maintain and manage Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies.

  • Provide support to junior technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements for Success

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems engineer, network engineer, or administrator.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strategic planning for scalable infrastructure and future technology needs.

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, PowerShell).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins).

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, LogDNA).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for learning.

  • Agile project management experience is a plus.
