What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the platform roadmap, setting OKRs and KPIs aligned with business goals.

  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer to develop a long-term platform strategy, considering customer needs, competitive landscape, and technical scalability.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain SDKs, APIs, and developer tools, ensuring they are intuitive, well-documented, and performant.

  • Engage directly with third-party developers and strategic partners, fostering ecosystem growth and co-innovation.

  • Support enterprise integrations with internal and external systems including security, smart office hardware, and productivity tools.

  • Ensure platform scalability and interoperability, addressing challenges in integration, performance, and security.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to drive go-to-market strategies, stakeholder alignment, and customer success.

  • Analyze user data and developer feedback to iterate on product improvements and uncover new opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms, workplace technology, or related industries.

  • Technical background or software engineering experience, with the ability to engage deeply with developer needs and product architecture.

  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional product lifecycles, from ideation through launch and scaling.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product delivery best practices.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across diverse teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or advanced certification in Product Management or related discipline.

  • Experience in developer advocacy or ecosystem development, including building platforms for third-party developers.

  • Familiarity with API performance metrics, integration patterns, and developer documentation best practices.
