Role 1: Customer Success Specialist – Service Recovery

Position Type: Full-Time | Remote (Home-Based)

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be on the front line of our Reservations and Service Recovery team. Your mission is to support and care for our valued customers, especially those who have experienced service challenges. You’ll be empowered to resolve issues, foster loyalty, and elevate the customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online forms promptly and professionally

  • Take ownership of issue resolution during the first contact, minimizing customer effort

  • Manage complaints related to customer relations, refunds, baggage claims, and AAdvantage accounts

  • Investigate issues using various systems and provide appropriate compensation

  • Identify and report technical/process issues affecting customer experience

  • Support AAdvantage members with account questions, promotional campaigns, and security concerns

Qualifications

Required:

Role 2: Senior Data Engineer – Information Technology

Position Type: Full-Time | Remote
Salary Range: $26–$40/hour
