Opportunity 1: IT Risk & Controls – APAC Region

Location: APAC Region
Business Unit: Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) and Global Payments Solutions Technology

Overview:

Join our APAC Risk & Controls function supporting GCIB and Payments Technology. In this role, you will drive implementation of the Bank’s risk framework, oversee governance routines, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate control gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk identification and issue management (including ERP, RCSA, eRIC, SIAI, JDI, etc.)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and socialize risk mitigation strategies

  • Assess and respond to regulatory changes (e.g., MAS, HKMA, CBRC, RBI) impacting tech and operations

  • Engage with Internal and External Audits, Exams, and Regulatory Inquiries

  • Oversee remediation of audit and compliance issues

  • Drive quality assurance and support Global Information Security-related programs

  • Promote a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to risk management standards

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of IT risk, audit, or compliance experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; certifications like CISA, CISM, or COBIT preferred

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory risk management and APAC regulations

  • Proven project management and stakeholder relationship skills

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational structures

Opportunity 2: Export & Agency Finance (EAF) Structurer – Americas Region

Location: New York, USA
Level: Analyst or Associate
Business Unit: Export & Agency Finance (EAF)

Overview:

As part of the EAF Americas team, you will originate, structure, and execute transactions using support from Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), Multi-Lateral Agencies, and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) to finance large-scale CAPEX projects across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and structure EAF transactions across the Americas

  • Collaborate with the global EAF team (New York, London, Paris, Seoul, Singapore)

  • Develop and pitch innovative financing solutions to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Manage relationships with Americas-based ECAs and DFIs

  • Partner with internal teams (Corporate Banking, Risk, Legal, Compliance) for deal execution

  • Lead internal approval processes and credit committee presentations

  • Drive syndication efforts in collaboration with DCM and Trade Distribution teams

  • Support internal/external marketing campaigns for Bank’s EAF business

  • Integrate Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) considerations into deal planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Familiarity with cash flow modelling, pricing analysis, and EAF products

  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment

  • Additional language skills (especially Spanish or Portuguese) preferred

  • Basic understanding of project and export finance highly desired
