Job Overview

We are currently hiring for two dynamic, client-focused roles with opportunities for growth and impact:

  1. Financial Solutions Advisor

  2. Treasury Liquidity Analyst

Both roles offer unique opportunities to work with a world-class financial institution, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support client success.

1. Financial Solutions Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial advice and brokerage solutions (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, money management) aligned with client goals.

  • Build and manage a financial plan for clients, triaging needs and referring to internal partners as appropriate.

  • Cultivate and grow a client base via referrals and financial center engagement.

  • Monitor and manage risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDIC, SAFE Act, FINRA).

  • Offer feedback and guidance to internal partners to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65). Conditional offers available for candidates actively pursuing missing Series license.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services or investment industry.

  • Goal-oriented with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Proficient in time management, task prioritization, and regulatory due diligence.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years in financial services/sales roles with a proven track record.

  • Certifications such as CFP® or CRPC®, and insurance licenses.

  • Strong computer and multitasking skills.

2. Treasury Liquidity Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cash and liquidity forecasting for U.S. and global entities to manage daily positions and meet risk metrics.

  • Execute intercompany funding transactions, optimizing funding structures across legal entities.

  • Monitor Federal Reserve policies and their impact on money market rates and liquidity.

  • Develop and enhance liquidity models and analytics tools (Bloomberg, Oracle, Python).

  • Collaborate with Treasury, CFO Risk, and other stakeholders to identify risks and improve liquidity strategies.

  • Support audits, regulatory exams, and technology-driven improvements in risk monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related.

  • Experience: 2 years in finance or treasury-related roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in:

    • Liquidity and cash forecasting models.

    • Regulatory compliance (LCR, ILST).

    • Market research and risk analysis using Bloomberg, Oracle, and Python.

    • Funding optimization across global entities.

    • Development of risk dashboards and analytics tools.
