Key Responsibilities

As a Structured Finance Associate, you will:

  • Drive revenue and margin growth through full P&L ownership

  • Support and lead product strategy, governance, and roadmap execution

  • Partner with Global Payment Solutions (GPS) to enhance client offerings

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on complex funding transactions

  • Provide client-facing support for large deals alongside Sales and Consultants

  • Monitor deal compliance, risk reporting, and pipeline activity

  • Lead innovation efforts for next-gen products and services in structured finance

  • Analyze and negotiate financing structures such as CLOs, Total Return Swaps, and Private Credit Facilities

  • Conduct market, credit, and collateral analysis using tools like Bloomberg, MarkIt, Quartz (GCSS Studio), and BI platforms such as Tableau

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, with specific expertise in:

    • Structuring and negotiating CLO warehouse documentation

    • Designing Total Return Swaps and Private Credit Financing Facilities

    • Analyzing syndicated loans with data from Moody’s, S&P, Fitch, MarkIt Partners

    • Leveraging SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) for comparable transaction analysis

    • Pulling and evaluating time-series data from Bloomberg for liquidity and volatility assessment

    • Proposing tailored financing solutions for diverse fund structures and geographies

  • Strong skills in communication, critical thinking, and end-to-end project ownership

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus

  • Domestic/international travel up to 5% as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with GPS products and client advocacy

  • Strong background in product strategy and consultative problem-solving

  • Familiarity with Loan Runner, Trade Manager, and trustee reporting systems
