Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Duties

  • No sales required - only customer service/
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our database systems.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Skills

  • Proficient in both English and additional languages (bilingual or multilingual skills preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation with experience in client services.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Previous call center experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data entry tasks and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to engage in sales conversations effectively while promoting products or services.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
