These are the foundational principles and resulting culture our past and current leadership have aspired to and has been entrusted to us to carry forward.</li><li>Work within H-E-B Flight Operations to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service</li><li>Actively participate in the SMS as outlined in H-E-B Flight Operations Manual "Safety Management System"</li><li>Act as Pilot in Command and Second in Command as described in H-E-B Flight Operations Manual “Standard Operating Procedures”</li><li>Study and interpret weather, NOTAMS, and all available operational information for routes and airports of intended use for all portions of the flight</li><li>Prepare Flight Plans, Fuel Planning, Weight/Balance, Performance, and complete Flight Risk Assessment</li><li>Ensure that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers.</li><li>Exercise CRM to coordinate with the SIC, any duties necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft</li><li>Participate in the Pre/Post Flight Debriefing</li><li>Maintain currency and compliance with all regulatory items</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>4000 hours total time</li><li>1500 hours turbine (jet)</li><li>FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certification (ATP)</li><li>FAA First Class Medical Certificate</li><li>Valid U.S. Passport</li><li>Able to travel domestically and internationally, in rare cases on short notice</li><li>Must be willing to relocate to the greater San Antonio, Texas area</li></ul><p></p>
