Full Job Description

As part of Costco IT, the Application Security Analyst ensures the security and integrity of Costco’s digital systems. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining application security measures, conducting security assessments, and working with internal teams to manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage application security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA).

  • Monitor and assess potential security threats; propose and implement countermeasures.

  • Work with development teams to embed security practices in CI/CD pipelines.

  • Respond to incidents and support security investigations.

  • Collaborate with compliance, audit, and business teams on security risk analysis.

  • Maintain current documentation of policies, procedures, and system changes.

Required Skills and Experience
