Position Summary:

Nielsen-Massey Vanillas is seeking an experienced, data-savvy Costco Account Manager to lead the growth and strategic management of our Costco business globally. This role demands a hands-on sales professional with deep experience in managing broker partnerships and strong analytical capabilities. You will be responsible for driving new distribution and expanding brand penetration across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year growth plans with Costco and internal teams

  • Lead day-to-day sales operations, promotions, and KPI tracking

  • Manage and expand broker relationships and Costco buying office connections globally

  • Utilize syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI), Costco portals, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Qlik) for insights and reporting

  • Forecast demand, analyze sales data, and present innovative, data-driven concepts

  • Oversee sales-related projects, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery

  • Ensure compliance with contracts and internal procedures

  • Support leadership in strategic planning, competitive analysis, and key reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Costco account management

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM tools (Qlik, HubSpot, Vividly, Macola)

  • Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

  • Experience in a family- or privately-held business is a plus

  • Multilingual skills are advantageous
