About the Role

This is a high-impact role supporting Nielsen-Massey Vanillas' growth across Costco channels globally. The Account Manager – Costco Global will lead strategic management of Costco accounts across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. We're looking for a self-driven professional who thrives on sales execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable growth. The ideal candidate is both data-savvy and operationally hands-on, able to manage broker relationships and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-year strategic plans to grow Costco sales globally.

  • Lead day-to-day sales operations including data analysis, forecasting, and promotional planning.

  • Build relationships with Costco’s international buying offices and key brokers.

  • Manage and track performance metrics, promotions, and sales KPIs.

  • Utilize syndicated data platforms (IRI, Nielsen), and Costco portals for insights and reporting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) to execute key initiatives.

  • Drive CRM utilization and sales technology improvements (e.g., HubSpot, Qlik, Macola/Synergy).

Qualifications

Required:
