Job Title: Regional Field Sales & Engagement Manager (Costco Program)

Location: Midwest Region (Remote, 85% Travel)
Compensation: $40,000–$68,460 base + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Regional Field Sales & Engagement Manager to represent our brand within Costco warehouses across the Midwest region. This role is responsible for enhancing credit awareness, driving credit application growth, and delivering best-in-class product demonstrations that engage Costco members and support our mission of creating a more sustainable, waste-free future.

As the face of our brand at Costco, you will manage strategic relationships, train warehouse employees, drive credit initiatives, and increase sales through compelling, compliant, and educational interactions. You will also play a key role in supporting grand openings, special events, and in-field marketing programs.

This is a remote position with extensive travel (~85%) across your assigned region. Weekend and overnight travel are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with Costco’s Regional Leadership, warehouse management, and employees. Serve as the primary Citi contact for your assigned region.

  • Sales Execution: Meet or exceed sales goals through dynamic in-store demonstrations of Lomi’s products during Costco roadshows and events.

  • Training & Development: Train Costco warehouse staff (virtually and in-person) on credit offerings, compliance, and how to effectively present value to customers.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Citi and Costco leadership to develop strategies that drive new credit applications and increase penetration.

  • Data-Driven Focus: Analyze warehouse performance metrics to target training and engagement initiatives.

  • Event Support: Coordinate and support product demonstrations, tabling events, and new warehouse openings.

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage Costco members to generate interest in our products and credit offerings, turning interactions into applications and purchases.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to all credit-related compliance, including accurate use of materials, terms & conditions, and application processes.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report market feedback to help optimize sales strategies and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Issue Resolution: Manage escalations from warehouses or cardmembers with professionalism and urgency.

  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices, tools, and insights with team members to foster collective success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in credit, retail sales, or field marketing roles

  • Experience in big-box retail environments (Costco experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills

  • Comfortable with public speaking and leading group trainings

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
