About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and highly detail-oriented Multimedia Curriculum Developer to join our team and lead the transformation of instructor-led training (ILT) class content into engaging, on-demand asynchronous courses. This role combines creativity and technical expertise with instructional design and curriculum development principles to design and develop high-quality content. The ideal candidate will have experience with learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring our training solutions are accessible, interactive, and impactful.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to analyze training needs and define project goals.

  • Design and develop interactive learning modules using tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.

  • Convert existing ILT materials (presentations, facilitator guides, and participant handouts) into asynchronous, on-demand courses.

  • Create visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, animations, audio, and video, using Adobe Creative Suite and similar tools.

  • Ensure eLearning content is SCORM-compliant and compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across various devices and platforms.

  • Apply accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance) to ensure training content is available for all learners.

  • Maintain and update existing courses based on feedback and evolving requirements.

  • Stay current with learning development trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve training content.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on professional multimedia development for internal teams creating multimedia content.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in learning development, multimedia design, and instructional design.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and curriculum development principles

  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.

  • Expertise in multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

  • Audio/video editing capabilities for post-production of instructor recordings

  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling abilities

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Strong quality assurance capabilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Instructional Technology, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Certification or training in learning development tools and instructional design is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and other equivalent learning development tools.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.

  • Experience with video development using online tools such as Vyond.

  • Experience with video servers and hosting platforms such as Vidyard for managing and distributing video content.

  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration.

  • Experience with using AI-powered tools for rapid content generation is a plus.

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with audio editing tools (e.g., Audition) and video editing software.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance requirements (e.g., WCAG).

  • Comfortable working with cloud-based collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, or similar platforms.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
