Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote, USA-Based)

Location: 100% Remote – Open to candidates located across the United States
Work Hours: US Day Shift | 9 PM – 6 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Position Summary

We are currently hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, remote position suited for highly organized, self-motivated professionals who excel in scheduling, operations coordination, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination:

    • Schedule, coordinate, and manage daily activities of healthcare workers.

    • Staff client shifts by identifying and matching the most suitable caregiver for each assignment.

    • Track shift coverage, respond to last-minute scheduling changes, and ensure service continuity.

  • Customer & Team Support:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service to US-based clients and caregivers.

    • Foster strong interpersonal relationships with field staff and clients.

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and support.

  • Recruitment & HR Support:

    • Screen, interview, and assist in hiring qualified caregivers.

    • Provide HR support including onboarding, documentation, and assistance with payroll-related queries.

    • Maintain employee records and ensure timely submission of compliance documents.

  • Operations Management:

    • Use internal platforms and tools for scheduling, service delivery, and reporting.

    • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing reports.

    • Uphold service quality standards and ensure adherence to company protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years in a customer service or operations role, preferably with US or UK clients.

    • Experience in healthcare, staffing, or HR-related roles is a strong advantage.

  • Communication:

    • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); must have excellent command over grammar and professional communication.

    • Clear phone voice and high-quality HD video communication capabilities.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel/Sheets, Outlook) and web-based applications.

    • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms/tools simultaneously.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

    • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.

    • Must have a dedicated home office, high-speed internet, webcam, and headset.

    • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
