Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, primarily via phone communication, ensuring a seamless support experience.

  • Identify customer needs and provide expert guidance on product features to maximize their benefits.

  • Maintain and update internal databases with detailed records of technical issues and valuable customer interactions to aid continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and address customer complaints on social media platforms proactively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining brand reputation.

  • Collaborate with team members by sharing customer feedback, feature requests, and effective solutions or workarounds.

  • Keep customers informed about new product features, updates, and functionalities through various communication channels.

  • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and trends to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to help shape future strategies.

  • Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting junior Customer Support Representatives to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.

  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a related customer service role.

  • Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industries is highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in using help desk software, CRM systems, and remote support tools.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent command of English.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask and manage stressful situations calmly.

  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with challenging customer scenarios.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts or rotational shifts as per business requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline or equivalent.

  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.

  • Experience ranging from freshers to 8 years in Customer Support or international BPO environments.

  • Candidates with prior customer service experience, especially in relevant domains, will have an added advantage.

  • Candidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible.
