<p><b>JOB OVERVIEW:</b></p><p></p><p><span>***Please note that Candidates must reside in Central Time or within one hour of CT and be able to travel within the territory. </span> This is a remote position with annual travel to attend Trade Shows and Regional Meetings as needed.</p><p></p><p>This position is responsible for driving adoption of cutting-edge technology, enabling bundled sales across associated business units (HSD, HS1, GORG & Ortho), and retaining revenue streams through ongoing customer engagement. This role bridges the gap between digital equipment, software, and services, ensuring a streamlined sales process, operational synergies, and a clear value proposition for Henry Schein’s digital portfolio. By acting as a centralized advocate for digital workflows, the DWA empowers teams to achieve growth, optimize resources, and enhance the overall customer experience.</p><p></p><p><b>KEY <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">RESPONSIBILITIES: </span> </b></p><ul><li>Digital Equipment Sales <ul><li>Perform web-based equipment selling functions to transact sales for fully integrated digital equipment portfolio.</li><li>Leverage a clear sales process: lead generation, demonstration, closing, and order submission. </li><li>Provide trade show booth support as product expert to demonstrate full range of digital <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">equipment.  </span></li></ul></li><li>Digital Workflow Optimization <ul><li>Act as the central point for all digital workflow leads, ensuring they are effectively routed and managed. </li><li>Demonstrate and sell digital equipment, AI-driven tools, software modules, and subscriptions tied to the workflow. </li><li>Present the Practice Management System (PMS) workflow to enhance adoption and usability.</li><li>Champion bundled sales, including consumables (e.g., resin, blocks) and workflow-specific solutions for design, orthodontics, and implants. </li></ul></li><li> Cross-Business Collaboration <ul><li>Operationalize synergies between SBUs, ensuring an integrated approach to selling and customer support. </li><li>Foster collaboration with highly trained TSMs to optimize resource deployment and maximize sales potential.  </li></ul></li><li>Customer Engagement & Retention <ul><li>Clearly articulate the value proposition of Henry Schein’s digital workflow offerings. </li><li>Retain customers post-equipment sale through bundled services, software, and consumables, ensuring ongoing annuity revenue streams. </li></ul></li><li>Sales Process and Analytics <ul><li>Utilize the Digital Revenue/Analytics team to gain actionable insights for sales strategies. </li><li>Drive key initiatives focused on volume growth and bundled sales success.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p>In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:</p><ul><li>Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.</li><li>Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:  </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Sales knowledge</li><li>Attention to detail and project management skills</li><li>Knowledge of dental software applications</li><li>Understanding of clinical and restorative dentistry</li></ul><p></p><p><b>GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:  </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Good understanding of industry practices</li><li>Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures</li><li>Basic <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">planning/organizational</span> skills and techniques</li><li>Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Good presentation and public speaking skills</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic conflict resolution skills</li><li>Developing professional credibility</li></ul><p></p><p><b>MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:  </b></p><p></p><p>Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.</p><p></p><p><b>PREFERRED EDUCATION:  </b></p><p></p><p>Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.</p><p></p><p><b>TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</b></p><p></p><p>Travel typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required.</p><p></p><p>The posted range for this position is $62,305-$97,352 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
