About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Content Programmers responsible for content promotions across Disney+ and Hulu, aligning efforts with business goals and viewer needs.

  • Editorial Strategy: Manage editorial calendars and develop programming strategies that optimize user engagement and growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, insights, and data teams to design experiments, gather insights, and evaluate campaign performance.

  • Campaign Management: Guide campaign ideation, execution, and communication across departments, focusing on expanding reach through video promotions.
