Marvel Studios, a division of The Walt Disney Company, is seeking a Legal Affairs Intern for Fall 2025. As part of the Marvel legal team, you’ll support in-house attorneys on diverse entertainment, corporate, and intellectual property matters, reporting directly to Principal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of talent agreements across feature films, streaming, and animation.

  • Draft above-the-line and below-the-line contracts.

  • Analyze intellectual property issues and clearance concerns related to Marvel assets.

  • Prior legal internship experience (film, entertainment company, or law firm).
