Position 1: Sr. Security Engineer, Incident Response

Job Summary:

Join Disney’s Global Information Security (GIS) team and help "Protect the Magic." As a Sr. Security Engineer specializing in Incident Response (IR), you will be instrumental in detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity threats across Disney’s vast and diverse ecosystem — from streaming platforms to theme parks, and everything in between. This role is vital in preserving the security and trust of The Walt Disney Company’s digital experiences and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, triage, and respond to phishing threats and security incidents.

  • Conduct log analysis and threat hunting to detect unreported or emerging security issues.

  • Develop and deploy phishing detection tools, alerts, and response protocols.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement proactive anti-phishing controls.

  • Assist in creating phishing awareness and educational materials for employees.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years in security operations, email security, or similar technology roles.

  • Solid understanding of security principles, threat analysis, and incident response procedures.

  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Yara).

  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in high-pressure environments.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred:

Position 2: Adventure Guide (Seasonal/Temporary)

Location: Remote – USA (with International/Domestic Travel)

Job Summary:

Become part of a team that turns dream vacations into reality. As an Adventure Guide, you will lead immersive travel experiences for guests of all ages through destinations around the world. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless, engaging, and informative guest experiences throughout guided adventures.

  • Manage trip logistics: transportation, accommodations, meals, excursions, and guest requests.

  • Handle real-time problem-solving, including travel disruptions and emergencies.

  • Flexible availability (especially June–August); adaptable to diverse cultures and environments.

  • Physical ability to carry gear, walk long distances, and participate in active excursions.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience leading domestic/international tours.

  • Multi-lingual and/or experience with diverse cultures.

  • Experience working with special needs guests and conflict resolution.
