Overview:
Join the team behind Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions, delivering world-class guided travel experiences across the globe. As an Adventure Guide, you will be the face of the brand, bringing destinations to life through expert storytelling, Disney-quality service, and personalized guest interactions. This role is a seasonal, on-call position with no guaranteed hours and requires full availability during peak travel seasons (typically June through August).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless, immersive experience filled with storytelling, cultural insights, and Disney’s hallmark VIP service.

  • Coordinate all trip logistics including transportation, dining, accommodations, and excursions.

  • Lead groups of up to 44 guests, fostering connections and ensuring schedule adherence.

  • Act as the primary liaison between guests and local vendors, managing guest needs and resolving issues.

  • Facilitate guest engagement activities, including family-friendly adventures like hiking, rafting, and snorkeling.

  • Maintain safety standards, manage emergencies, and provide first aid as needed.

  • Prepare and manage trip budgets, documentation, and reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in travel, tourism, or hospitality with direct guest interaction.

  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally.

  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Comfortable with public speaking and guiding large groups.

  • Physically able to carry equipment and manage outdoor activities.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading domestic or international travel tours.

  • Multi-lingual capabilities.
