<strong><strong>JOB SUMMARY:<br><br></strong></strong>Schedule demonstration, transportation, training, and customer support flights requested by Flight Operations’ customers. Coordinate aircraft and flight crew scheduling in conjunction with flight activity.<br><br><strong><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Receive and process requests for demonstration, transportation, and training flights. Determine availability of aircraft and flight crew; examine feasibility of trip based on flight time, crew duty time, and other salient factors. Input specific trip data into scheduling software.</li><li>Interface with flight crews, sales managers, and sales support teams to organize details of flight requests, then communicate with maintenance facilities and line service personnel to ensure aircraft are adequately prepared for requested trips.</li><li>Monitor all hourly and calendar maintenance requirements and manage aircraft schedule to ensure required maintenance and inspections are completed in a timely manner with minimum impact to the flying schedule. Work with the maintenance team to schedule aircraft into the appropriate maintenance facility.</li><li>Manage aircraft schedule for special requirements such as air shows, photo missions, and international demonstration tours.</li><ul><li>Assists with tracking and scheduling all off-site production, modification, and delivery flight activity.</li><li>Coordinate off-site transportation and lodging for department personnel.</li></ul><li>Manage flight requests to minimize unnecessary deadhead flight time without negatively impacting mission effectiveness. Ensure timely dissemination of information of released aircraft to pilots. </li><li>Provide aircraft and flight crew reports to management as required.</li><ul><li>Post flight data after completion of flights. Post fuel receipts and other trip expenses. </li></ul><li>Interface with various departments to coordinate customer support flights when necessary. This may include coordination with vendors, flight operations, ACC, engineering, marketing and others during daily operations.</li><li>Receive time off requests for the flight crew and provide recommendations to management regarding the feasibility of time off requests.</li><li>With input from management, schedule recurring pilot training and deconflict with international schedule. Ensure pilot training is accomplished in a timely manner and that no pilot exceeds training deadlines.</li><li>Responsible for dispatch and flight following for all flight activity. This includes the monitoring of company frequency communications.</li><ul><li>Monitor all flight activity through maintaining communication with flight crews with an emphasis on quick response if an emergency presents itself.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelors’ degree required in:</li><ul><li>Aviation Management</li><li>Business</li><li>Related Field</li></ul><li>0-2 years’ experience required in dispatching or relative aviation experience</li><li>Or in lieu of a degree minimum 5 years’ experience required in dispatching or relative aviation experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Possesses good organization and time management skills</li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet department objectives</li><li>Attention to detail, goal oriented</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time sensitive responsibilities</li><li>Highly motivated</li><li>Ability to work in team environment<br><br></li></ul><strong><em><strong>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
