Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers' homes or workplaces

  • Provide exceptional customer service and a friendly attitude at every stop

  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and make correct change

  • Navigate efficiently using maps or GPS within a designated delivery area

  • Maintain cleanliness of your vehicle and assist with in-store tasks, such as:

    • Taking phone/internet orders

    • Preparing and stocking ingredients

    • Cleaning workstations, equipment, and facilities

    • Completing inventory checks and basic paperwork

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

  • Own a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

  • Ability to navigate local roads and traffic safely

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Must be able to stand, walk, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and extreme temperatures (from walk-in coolers to hot ovens)

  • Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/carry heavy items, and climb stairs or ladders occasionally

  • Requires good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately

  • In-store conditions may include tight spaces, food odors, and dust from flour/cornmeal

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, often under pressure or tight deadlines

Training & Advancement

  • On-the-job training provided – no experience required

  • Opportunities to advance to management roles, including General Manager and even franchise ownership
