Location: Remote (Up to 50% travel; preferred within 30 miles of a Supply Chain Center)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary
Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000 + Bonus

Position Summary

The Regional Maintenance Manager plays a key role in supporting maintenance teams across multiple Domino’s Supply Chain Centers. This position will drive the development and implementation of standardized maintenance procedures, evaluate and enhance existing maintenance programs, and ensure the reliability of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. You will collaborate closely with departments such as Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance, as well as Regional VPs, Site Directors, and Maintenance Leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain preventative maintenance systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) reporting

  • Guide equipment reliability and maintainability initiatives

  • Manage and optimize critical spare parts inventory and associated costs

  • Partner with Engineering to ensure quality of new and modified equipment installations

  • Support equipment design, commissioning, validation, and inspections

  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and support local teams with troubleshooting

  • Analyze asset performance and implement action plans for:

    • Asset and labor utilization

    • Equipment effectiveness

    • Remaining useful life

    • 5-year capital planning

  • Vendor management and service provider evaluation

  • Execute maintenance training programs and lead periodic maintenance reviews

  • Optimize repair and maintenance (R&M) spending with OEMs and third-party suppliers

  • Develop and review SLAs and scopes of work for external vendors

  • Provide technical support to Supply Chain Centers as needed

  • Apply cost-benefit analysis for repair/replace and make/buy decisions

  • Conduct site assessments and support functional/engineering projects

  • Foster vendor relationships with Procurement for preferred suppliers and contractors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical) or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years in Manufacturing or Engineering roles

  • Experience in food manufacturing maintenance or food safety preferred

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site projects

  • Experience managing contractors and vendor relationships

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance best practices

  • Knowledge of local/state regulations for engineering standards

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Project) and CMMS/ERP systems

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
