Available Positions

1. Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders in person or over the phone.

  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle customer interactions efficiently.

  • Prepare pizzas and other menu items in line with Domino’s product standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

  • Represent Domino’s professionally with a positive attitude and in compliance with grooming standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable engaging with customers.

  • A reliable team player who is punctual and detail-oriented.

  • Must pass a criminal background check.

2. Assistant Manager

About the Role:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily store operations during shifts, ensuring high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness.

  • Manage inventory, cash control, and cost controls.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members.

  • Execute marketing plans, handle customer relations, and drive profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with all policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Driving Requirements (Delivery Duties):

    • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

    • Safe driving record and ability to navigate delivery routes.

    • Ability to climb stairs and carry orders to customer locations.
