1. Pizza Restaurant Manager

Lead Our Slice of Success!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise an energetic team

  • Manage store operations: inventory, scheduling, and food safety compliance

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly

  • Analyze sales, control costs, and implement marketing to drive profitability

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment

Qualifications:

  • Prior restaurant management experience (pizza industry preferred)

  • Strong leadership and people development skills

  • Proficient in financial reporting (P&L understanding)

  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment

  • Passion for customer service—and pizza!

2. Pizza Delivery Driver / Team Member

Be the Face of Domino’s at the Doorstep!

Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver pizza and products using your own insured vehicle

  • Operate all store equipment and prepare food according to Domino’s standards

  • Receive orders by phone/internet and ensure prompt service

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store and during delivery

  • Handle money accurately (calculator may be used) and complete inventory/paperwork

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to navigate roads, stairs, and terrain while carrying food items

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Physical Requirements (for all team roles)

  • Standing/Walking: Most tasks require prolonged standing; short-distance walking during deliveries

  • Lifting/Carrying: Up to 50 lbs (e.g., ingredients, trays, sauce containers)

  • Reaching/Bending/Crouching: Frequently required for stocking, cleaning, and food prep

  • Driving: Safe navigation to customer locations, including stairs or apartment buildings

  • Tools Used: POS system, pizza cutter, pizza peel, phone, computer, and hand truck
