Position Overview

Do you love being on the road, meeting people, and earning great tips? Become a Delivery Driver with Domino’s and deliver hot, delicious pizzas while spreading joy in your community. As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service and a perfect pizza—fast and fresh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pizzas and menu items safely, accurately, and on time

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle and the store

  • Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Domino’s operational standards

  • Handle cash and electronic payments with accuracy and honesty

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience (not including permit)

  • Clean driving record – no more than 3 violations in the past 2 years

  • Reliable vehicle with current insurance

  • Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong time management

  • Must pass a standard background check

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Earn $20–$25/hour or $40k–$50k/year

    • Base pay: $9/hour

    • Tips: Average $12/hour (3 deliveries/hr x $4 average tip)

    • Total: $21/hour = $840/week = $42,000/year (based on 40hr/week, 50 weeks/year)
