Position Overview

We’re currently hiring Delivery Drivers who are friendly, motivated, and ready to hustle. Whether you’re looking for your main gig or a side hustle, Domino’s could be the perfect fit. You’ll deliver delicious pizzas to hungry customers, while earning a competitive wage, tips, and gaining valuable experience. You are the face of Domino’s, and customer satisfaction starts with you!

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Expert, you’ll:

  • Safely operate your own insured vehicle to deliver customer orders on time.

  • Navigate efficiently using maps/GPS and be comfortable delivering in various environments (e.g., apartment complexes, offices, private homes).

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding service during every interaction.

  • Handle cash, process payments, and accurately make change.

  • Assist inside the store by taking phone/internet orders, preparing pizzas, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Follow Domino’s standards for appearance, safety, and product quality.

  • Embrace teamwork and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

What We’re Looking For

We need drivers who:

  • Are 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving history.

  • Hold a valid driver’s license, have proof of insurance, and can provide a clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 2 infractions in the past 2 years).

  • Can pass a Criminal Background Check.

  • Are dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

  • Communicate clearly in English (both verbal and written) and provide excellent customer service.

  • Can add, subtract, and quickly make correct monetary change.

  • Are flexible to work part-time or full-time during various shifts (day, night, weekends).

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving across different surfaces (tile, stairs, etc.).

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, stoop, and crouch as needed.

  • Good hand-eye coordination for pizza-making tasks like shaping dough and folding boxes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $16.66/hour plus tips.

  • Paid Sick Leave as per WA law.

  • Qualifying employees may be eligible for medical, vision, and dental benefits per ACA and Company policies.
