Delivery Driver – Domino’s Pizza

What We Offer:

  • Earn up to $15/hr or more with tips, mileage & bonuses

    • Base pay: $9/hr

    • Avg tips: $4 per delivery (~$12/hr in tips)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver pizzas and other items safely, accurately, and on time.

  • Provide excellent customer service with a smile.

  • Handle payments, process orders, and ensure order accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean vehicle and help inside the store (answer phones, prep food, clean up).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Age 18+ with a valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year.

  • Reliable, insured vehicle.

  • Strong time management and knowledge of local routes.

  • Positive attitude, punctual, team player.

  • Willing to help in-store between deliveries.

Job Expectations:

  • Show up on time, ready to work (full tank, fed, in uniform).

  • Drive safely—no speeding; follow all traffic laws.

  • Be prepared to multi-task: deliver, clean, prep food, and assist where needed.

  • Help maintain a clean and organized store.

  • Aim for fast delivery times (<12 mins out-the-door goal).

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License (USA) – 1 year minimum (not permit)

  • Proof of auto insurance

  • Clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 2 years)

  • Able to pass background check

About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you help lead our store to success. You’ll develop leadership skills, coach team members, and ensure our customers get the best service possible. Our training covers Domino’s leadership principles, customer service, and time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling.

  • Ensure food quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
