Driver / Mover – Full-Time (Luxury Moving Company)

Location: 1430 E. Hadley St, Phoenix, AZ
Pay: Starting at $20/hr + overtime + consistent tips
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work

What You’ll Do

  • Drive company box trucks to client homes and job sites throughout the Phoenix metro area.
  • Lead or assist moving crews with packing, loading, and unloading fine furniture and household goods.
  • Deliver five-star service while protecting clients’ homes, belongings, and experience.
  • Maintain a clean driving record, professional appearance, and positive team attitude.
  • Contribute to a culture built on respect, excellence, and accountability.

  • $20/hour starting pay + overtime + daily tips
  • Full-time, W-2 position (not seasonal or 1099)

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with no points or moving violations
  • At least 21 years old (for insurance)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to lift 75+ lbs safely
  • Drug testing is required prior to employment
  • Clean-cut, professional, and customer-service oriented
  • Prior moving, delivery, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
