Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: As an Entry Level Community Solar Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential and small business customers in your community. You'll educate them about the advantages of subscribing to a local community solar farm, emphasizing the environmental benefits and cost savings.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in solar energy and our community solar offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.

Sales Targets: You'll have sales targets to meet, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers into enthusiastic community solar subscribers.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in the energy sector, is a plus but not mandatory.

Expected yearly pay with base and minimum commissions: $44,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
