Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide daily coordination, administrative support, and agile leadership to both operational and cross-functional teams. This role ensures workflow efficiency, service excellence, and team performance through hands-on support, process oversight, and effective facilitation of Agile practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and support daily activities for operational and clerical teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks across departments.

  • Assist management with scheduling, documentation, and communication, improving overall operational efficiency.

  • Oversee on-road operations such as handling, dispatch, pickup, and delivery to ensure timely and quality service.

  • Address customer inquiries and service issues, working closely with the customer support team to resolve concerns promptly.

  • Implement and maintain quality management standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, especially when handling dangerous goods.

Agile Facilitation & Leadership

  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, iteration planning, and reviews, ensuring adherence to Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles.

  • Provide coaching and support to Agile team members, fostering continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and refinement to ensure alignment with team capabilities and business priorities.

  • Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance, driving efficient and effective delivery.

  • Promote Agile culture by facilitating retrospectives, managing metrics (e.g., burndown charts, team velocity), and advocating for self-organization and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Work Experience:

    • Associate: No prior experience required

    • Standard I: Minimum 2 years

    • Standard II: Minimum 3 years

    • Senior I: Minimum 4 years

    • Senior II: Minimum 5 years

  • Certifications: Scrum Master certification is required (SAFe preferred).

  • Industry Experience: Required, with preference for experience in logistics, operations, or IT environments.
