Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through proactive networking and collaboration with operations and solution design teams.

  • Generate at least 5 qualified leads per month and onboard a minimum of 5 new customers annually, with a total warehouse footprint of 200,000 sq. ft. across South/Pan India.

  • Manage proposal development, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate with peers in other regions to coordinate on shared customer accounts.

  • Provide weekly sales pipeline reports and account progress updates.

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts, from engagement and proposal to contract finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10–15 years of business development experience in contract logistics (warehousing and transportation). Global account development experience preferred.

  • Proven success in onboarding large customers/projects and growing business from scratch.
