SP Industries Inc. (Bel-Art) is searching for a Field Account Manager to join the team!

The Field Account Manager is responsible for driving sales of the Scientific Products Labware and Glassware portfolio. This position will support and collaborate with our channel partners in the United States and Canada. The Field Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales growth, profitability goals, and market share expansion in line with company goals and objectives. This position will report to the Sr. Channel Manager North America. This is a remote position to be located within the Western region of the United States of America. Ideal candidate will reside in Southern California.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with field sales personnel at strategic channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Provide product training and support for channel partner sales team
• Represent the Labware / Glassware division of Scientific Products at channel partner events, customer visits, and industry tradeshows.
• Engage with channel sales managers and sales reps to ensure adequate field presence and participate in customer-facing activities. Specific goals and metrics will be developed in conjunction with the Sr. Channel Manager.
• Schedule and execute work days at customer sites with strategic channel sales team
• Proactively anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of channel partners and end customers to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Respond to daily inquiries from channel partners and customers within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory.
• Utilize market and end user knowledge to expand SOW and introduce new products into existing accounts
• Understand and communicate customer purchasing trends to help accurately forecast production
• Align on annual goals and priorities with the Sr.Channel Manager. Ensure annual goals and objectives are met or exceeded
• Define and track all critical opportunities and initiatives within the assigned territory within company CRM
• Estimated travel approx. 40% within the assigned territory

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting (can be academic).
• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in the life science and laboratory products market
• Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quota for the assigned territory
• Deliver revenue growth while maintaining or improving profit margins in alignment with company financial goals and pricing strategies
• Maintain high channel partner satisfaction ratings through proactive relationship management, timely support, and value-added collaboration
• Complete any required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Salary Range: $100/K - $125/K plus bonus
