Job Description

Role Overview:
Fujitsu is excited to invite fresh graduates from the 2022 or 2023 batch to join our dynamic team. We are looking for passionate individuals with strong technical fundamentals and a keen interest in software development and IT services. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Passed out in 2022 or 2023 (final results awaited candidates are also eligible).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Post Graduation in MCA from institutes approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt.

  • Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or equivalent marks in 10th, 12th, and throughout the graduation/post-graduation.

  • Any relevant certifications or specializations will be considered an advantage.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong coding and development skills with hands-on experience or projects in relevant technologies.

  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, system logic, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, C programming language, and familiarity with databases.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Demonstrated learning aptitude with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.

  • Willingness to work from office full-time (Noida location).

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Continuously upgrade your technical skills and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and software lifecycle management.

  • Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts during application development and deployment.

  • Technical Discussion focusing on coding, algorithms, and project experience.

  • HR Discussion to evaluate cultural fit and communication skills.
