Job Title: Google Cloud Solutions Architect & Client Success Team Lead (Remote, USA)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Google Cloud Solutions Architect & Client Success Team Lead to join our rapidly growing digital consultancy team. In this hybrid role, you will wear two hats: acting as a hands-on Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Google Cloud (GCP), and leading a Client Success team to ensure successful onboarding, activation, and retention of enterprise clients. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

Solutions Architecture (GCP Pre-Sales)

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, tools, and best practices.

  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements and architect tailored, cloud-native solutions.

  • Lead technical discussions during pre-sales engagements, respond to RFPs, and provide recommendations that align with client needs.

  • Drive client cloud strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop innovative service offerings.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, cloud trends, and DevSecOps practices.

Client Success Leadership

  • Manage a team of 6-9 Client Success Managers (CSMs), overseeing onboarding, activation, and retention strategies.

  • Set and monitor performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring client satisfaction and consistent revenue impact.

  • Implement scalable solutions to manage client lifecycle, success tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to improve processes, influence product roadmaps, and optimize service delivery.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in IT consulting with a strong focus on cloud solutions architecture and pre-sales engagement.

  • 3+ years in a leadership role, managing client-facing teams or account management functions.

  • Proven track record of success in pre-sales, delivery, and client success management.

  • Deep expertise in App Modernization, Data, Gen AI, and Cloud-Native Services (GCP focus).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, solution design, and DevSecOps practices.

  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading strategic consulting engagements.

  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $103,584 – $209,800 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location.

  • Eligible for equity grants, bonus programs, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, parental leave, wellness reimbursement, and more.
